We collect the following information from you or through our Service. This includes Usage Information, which is obtained as you navigate our websites.   • Phone Number
  • IP Address: When using the JJungles CRM Cloud application, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, login and logout timestamps are automatically recorded and stored in your CRM account’s Login History.

To access our Services or any additional features from third-party sources, JJungles will ask you to provide the following information:

  • Billing details including Credit Card Number and Paypal

The App will only access your Gmail data, including message bodies, attachments, metadata, headers, and settings, for the purpose of providing a web email client. We will not share this data with others unless necessary for providing and improving these features, complying with the law, or during a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

The App will not use your Gmail data for targeted advertising.

Human access may be required for security purposes, such as investigating abuse, complying with the law, or for the App’s internal operations. In these cases, data will only be accessed in aggregated and anonymised form.

To provide you with information about our products and services.

We use your information (excluding Client Data) to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all features of our service. We also use it to respond to your comments, questions, and provide support to users.

To improve our messaging to you, we track click-through data to gauge interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our communications. You can choose to grant or decline consent for this tracking in your Preferences page.

We use event registration information to plan and host corporate events, online forums, and social networks. This also helps in creating online profiles for attendees on our websites.

To address your inquiries, we use your contact information and other details shared with us through email, chat, or phone.

To process your payments

JJungles partner in direct debit processing will handle all of your payments. All invoices will be charged in USD and can be paid on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your subscription. Rest assured that your data will be treated with utmost confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy and terms of service. Our third-party payment software, JJungles Subscriptions, Paypal, and Commbank Simplify, are committed to keeping your data private and secure as per their compliance duty.

In order to enhance our website, we analyse a variety of visitor details such as browser type, IP address, time zone, and more. This information is collected through log files and allows us to track user movements and identify trends. We also link this data to other information we collect about you.

Additionally, we record your usage details, including frequency, duration, and features used, to improve our JJungles CRM Cloud service. We may also use your information with your consent for various purposes, including administering promotions and fulfilling other disclosed purposes.

To ensure transparency, we obtain permission from users before posting their testimonials, which may include personal information, on our website. We also obtain consent from each customer before including their information on any lists or posting testimonials.

When you register for JJungles CRM Cloud or download our software, we may also collect non-personal information such as your country and operating system. This data helps us improve our products and services.


We may use your email address or other personal information (excluding Client Data) to contact you for administrative purposes, such as customer service, addressing intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or defamation issues related to the Client Data or Personal Data posted on the Service. We may also send you updates on promotions and events related to products and services offered by us and our partners. You can unsubscribe from these email notifications by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in all emails or by sending an email to hello@jjungles.com. However, you cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to your account or use of the Services. JJungles Service Providers

Our Reseller Partners

When you register for a complimentary trial through JJungles’ authorised partners or referral links, your personal information will be shared between JJungles and the authorised partner that you signed up with. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policy of our authorised partner before registering for a free trial or any services. We may share your personal details with our authorised reselling partners in your area, specifically to contact you regarding downloaded products or signed-up services. You will have the option to choose not to continue working with that partner.

App application developers

When you download or buy an application from JJungles online app store that has been developed using JJungles APIs, the developer will receive your name and email address. This allows them to directly engage with you regarding the application or service. Please note that JJungles is not responsible for the way developers use your personal information, as it is subject to their own privacy policies.

Compliance, Law & Legal Process

Please note that we may be required to disclose user information and the contents of your user account to local law enforcement authorities in certain jurisdictions where we operate. This could be due to a legal process or a valid government request. Additionally, we may disclose Personal Information and the contents of your user account to law enforcement authorities if it is necessary to safeguard the rights of JJungles or to ensure the safety of our users, employees, or the public.


If JJungles is ever involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, your information will be transferred as part of that process. Even after the transfer, this Privacy Statement will still apply to your information. In the event of a merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, or in the case of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your Client Data may be transferred to a new entity or third party. This transfer will only occur if it is necessary to continue operating the Service. Additionally, the recipient of your Client Data must agree to a Privacy Policy that is similar to this one.

Your name and email address are only accessible to JJungles employees. Data stored in your account is only accessed by our team when necessary for migration or support services. After a transaction, we do not store any of your private information on our servers. While we have taken measures to protect your data, it is important to note that no security system is completely foolproof. We cannot guarantee absolute safety from intrusion over the Internet or while stored on our systems. As a user of our services, it is your responsibility to secure the information you submit. Retaining Your Data

We only keep your Personal Data for as long as your account is active or for a limited time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, unless required by law. We retain and use information for legal compliance, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements as follows:

Closed account contents are deleted within 3 months of closure.

Backups are kept for 3 months.

Billing information is retained for 5 years.

Information about legal transactions between you and JJungles is kept for 5 years.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If this is not possible due to backup archives, we will securely store and isolate your Personal Information until deletion is possible.

International Transfer within JJungles Entities

Your information is collected and stored on servers located in multiple regions worldwide. As part of our operations, we may transfer and access this information from different countries, including those where we have operations. In the event that personal information about you has been submitted to us by another JJungles customer, and you wish to exercise your rights regarding that data, please contact the customer directly. Due to our limited access to customer-submitted data, we will refer your request to the relevant customer and support them in responding to you within a reasonable timeframe.

JJungles takes appropriate measures to ensure the data we collect is reliable, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

If you have any complaints about how we collect and use your personal information, please contact your local data protection authority.

Similarly, if your personal information is collected or processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal will not affect any processing that occurred prior to your withdrawal, or the processing of your personal information based on other lawful grounds.
